The Country Sourdough, our most popular loaf, is made using one hundred percent organic flour and kosher salt. It bakes into a high-domed light and fluffy loaf that kids love and partners beautifully with almost every conceivable meal.

Brown Rice Sourdough (gluten-free)

One hundred percent rice sourdough bread, using finely ground brown rice flour. Satisfyingly thick crust baked around a light, spongy crumb. Refreshingly sweet with a hint of sourdough tang.

Chocolate Pecan Sourdough

All organic flour mixed with organic cacao powder and studded with a liberal helping of Hu chocolate baking chips, organic pecans and organic cacao nibs. A wholesome yet decadent dessert or breakfast toast, well complimented with butter and jam!

Local Rosemary Bread

We use locally milled organic flour from Barton Springs Mill to make a rustic, hearty sourdough filled with fresh rosemary. The Local Rosemary provides a fuller whole-wheat flavor than does the country loaf, making it a wonderful partner for soups and stews.
